This policy explains what Rich Braids collects, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.

1. What we collect

Account details such as your name, email, and WhatsApp number; booking details such as the style, date, budget, and the location you pin; photos you upload; and basic technical data such as device and language.

2. Why we collect it

To match you with a braider, run bookings and payments, keep the platform safe, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. What braiders and clients see

A braider's public profile shows a username, work photos, and a general service area - never a full name or home address. A client's exact address is shared with the matched braider only after the booking is confirmed.

4. Location data

We use your approximate location to show braiders near you and to translate prices into your currency. The precise pin you drop is used only for the appointment you are booking.

5. Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, payments, maps, and messaging. They process data only as needed to run those parts of the service.

6. Your choices

You can view and update your details in your account, ask us to delete your account and data, and turn off location sharing in your browser at any time.

7. Accommodation details

If you flag a tender headed, sensory, or adaptive accommodation, or write accommodation notes, we share that with braiders quoting on your request so they can prepare. Share only what you are comfortable sharing, and you can edit or remove it before you confirm a braider.

8. Review photos

Photos you upload with a review appear on the braider's public profile and gallery, and may be used in Rich Braids marketing under the photo release in our Terms. Do not upload photos of anyone who has not agreed to appear, and contact us any time to have them taken down.
