Rich Braids matches braid requests with independent braiders. Here is exactly what we charge, what we protect, and what we do not promise.

The $15 match confirmation fee

You only pay when you actively select one quote and confirm the match. Nothing is charged when you submit a request, and nothing is charged when quotes arrive. During beta the fee shows as $15 struck through with $0 due, and the flow is identical.

The braider is paid directly

The service price in a quote is separate from our fee and is paid straight to your braider. We never take a percentage of their work and we do not hold your service payment.

Refund rule

If we cannot deliver a valid confirmed match within the matching window shown on your request, the match confirmation fee is refunded automatically to the original payment method. Once you have voluntarily confirmed a match, the fee is not refundable.

Privacy before the match

Until you confirm a match, quotes show an anonymous specialist label and a general service area only. WhatsApp numbers, emails, social handles, exact addresses and full names are hidden from quotes, questions and notifications. Contact details unlock for both sides right after confirmation.

Everything stays on the booking record

Questions, answers, quotes, changes and cancellations are stored on the request so both sides, and our support team, can review what was agreed.

What our labels actually mean

“Verified account” means a braider confirmed a working WhatsApp number or email. “Verified review” means the review came from a client of a confirmed match. We do not run background checks or identity verification, and we do not offer escrow, deposits, insurance or payment protection.

Conduct and cancellations

Be on time, be respectful, and quote honestly. Cancel in the app as early as you can if plans change. Repeated no-shows, off-platform contact attempts before a match, or abusive behavior can remove an account.
